Gunnar's specializes in wheated bourbon. That means the secondary grain in its mash bill is wheat, rather than the much more spicy rye. The flavor profile has notes of vanilla and caramel followed by a mellow and smooth finish that bourbon drinkers find quite appealing.
Ingredients make the difference. Our mix of grains include 63% corn for just enough bourbon sweetness, 34% wheat for a gentle mellow feel, and a small amount of barley for the perfectly balanced wheated bourbon. It's both approachable for the new fan and and an incredibly smooth sipper for the seasoned veteran.
